About Manchester Future Care

The objective of Better Care for the Future is to enable young people to have a satisfying life via person-centered approaches based on respect, creativity, and sustainability.

To adapt to the changing needs of our youth via a commitment to continual development, by assisting more people, and by being deemed exceptional in all areas.

Lynwood House will provide a secure, caring environment for three youths ages 8 to 17 of whatever gender, race, religion, or culture they identify with. We will assess young people for progression to returning home, foster care, semi-independent arrangements, or other agreed-upon appropriate settings in collaboration with placing authorities.

Our Values

  • Perseverance
  • Kindness
  • Respect
  • Independence
  • Innovation

We recognize the significance of choice, dignity, and respect, as well as the necessity for children/young people to be valued members of society, and we take a non-judgmental attitude, taking into consideration the opinions of each child/young person.

We build behavior management methods with our children/young people, and while we recognize that we may not tolerate some behaviors, we will accept them unconditionally.
